Please join us in welcoming our clinical intern Shannon Soules, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) to Couples Therapy Centre!

Shannon works with couples, individuals and teens (ages 13-18) to navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, and questions around meaning and purpose. She understands that life challenges can often leave us feeling unhappy, lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck. Her goal is to offer a compassionate, accepting, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore your experiences, deepen your self-awareness, and create meaningful change.

Shannon has previous experience in energy healing and spiritual life coaching, where she witnessed the profound positive impact that can occur when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and connected to themselves. This sense of seeing and validating clients remains at the core of her work as a therapist. She hopes to support others on their journeys toward healing, growth, and greater life fulfillment.
