Introducing Christina Fletcher to our team- Individual and Couples Therapist!

Christina is a compassionate and empathetic psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping clients cultivate meaningful connections, both with themselves and others. Her approach is client-centered, allowing clients to lead their therapeutic journey.


Christina offers her expertise to both individuals and couples, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for profound and enduring personal growth, relationship healing, and an enhanced quality of life.


Christina draws from a variety of modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). She has a genuine interest in understanding and helping improve the dynamics of relationships. She believes relationships have a significant impact on the well-being of the individuals involved and often has a ripple effect on the broader family unit. In collaboration with you and your partner, Christina will walk alongside you as you begin, comprehending and elevating awareness of your relationship dynamics. This will help empower you to nurture loving and meaningful connections and cultivate resilience.


When not with clients, Christina enjoys watching movies, reading, swimming, and being in nature. She loves spending time with her husband, children, and two rescue dogs, playing board games, going on adventures, and finding the beauty and humour in life.

Christina completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems.
