Christina draws from a variety of modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). Christina has a genuine interest in understanding and helping improve the dynamics of relationships. She believes relationships have a significant impact on the well-being of the individuals involved and often has a ripple effect on the broader family unit. In collaboration with you and your partner, Christina will walk alongside you as you begin, comprehending, and elevating awareness of your relationship dynamics. Christina completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She has received additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Gottman Method, and Internal Family Systems.
