Personally Speaking
Life challenges can often leave us feeling unhappy, lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck. I
work with couples, individuals, and teens navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns,
life transitions, identity exploration, and questions around meaning and purpose. My goal is to
offer a compassionate, accepting, and non-judgmental space where you feel safe to explore
your experiences, deepen your self-awareness, and create meaningful change. Through my
previous work in energy healing and spiritual life coaching, I witnessed the profound positive
impact that can occur when individuals feel truly seen, supported, and connected to themselves.
These experiences inspired me to pursue counselling so that I can continue supporting others
on their journeys toward healing, growth, and greater life fulfillment.
She is excited to be joining the Couples Therapy Centre and looks forward to supporting the community with empathy, curiosity, and respect.
