Personally Speaking
Relationships can be one of the most meaningful and rewarding parts of our lives, yet they can also be the source of significant pain, conflict, and disconnection. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking stronger emotional bonds, healthier communication, and greater stability in their relationships.
Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I work collaboratively with couples to identify and break free from negative interaction patterns that can leave partners feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of blame, criticism, withdrawal, and resentment. Recognizing that every relationship is unique, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs and goals of each couple. Together, we work to strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, rebuild trust, and foster more secure, resilient, and fulfilling relationships.
In addition to couples therapy, I have a particular interest in supporting men navigating relationship challenges, emotional expression, self-esteem, life transitions, stress, anger, and personal growth. I strive to provide a space where men can openly explore their experiences without judgment and develop healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others.
Drawing on over 20 years of experience supporting children, youth, adults, couples, and families, I have helped clients address concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger management, grief, self-esteem, assertiveness, chronic health conditions, family conflict, and relationship difficulties.
I believe that every person has a unique story shaped by their experiences, relationships, and life circumstances. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions, gain deeper insight, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Whether you are facing challenges individually or within your relationship, I am committed to providing compassionate support, practical guidance, and evidence-based interventions to help you achieve your goals and foster stronger, more connected relationships.
