Cory is a highly experienced and compassionate therapist who has been supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families for over 23 years. She is registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and is a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Cory creates a welcoming, non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their challenges, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. Her work is deeply client-centered and draws from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Practice, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Attachment Therapy.

She supports clients through issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship and family conflict, parenting challenges, and the impact of trauma, including healing from narcissistic individuals. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health. Seeking therapy is an act of courage, strength and self-love. It is an investment in your wellbeing, your health and your happiness.

Cory is also passionate about helping teens navigate identity, peer dynamics, school-related stress, and emotional regulation.

Prior to joining our team, Cory worked in both school and clinical settings. These experiences have given her a unique lens into the pressures faced by youth, couples and families, as well as the relational dynamics that shape emotional well-being.

Cory holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from York University and an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson). She is known for her warmth, integrity, and deep commitment to helping clients grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves and the people they care about.
