Personally Speaking

My work is grounded in the belief that everyone is deserving of a space where they can share and process their thoughts and feelings without judgment. As a down-to-earth and empathetic person with a good sense of humor, I consider it a privilege to listen to your stories, ideas, and troubles. Using a client-centered approach and evidence-based interventions, we will work together to explore the patterns in your thinking and actions that may have you feeling stuck personally or in your relationship.

Together, we will identify your strengths and the tools you already possess to move in a positive, healthy new direction. I am committed to providing you with a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can receive the validation, compassion, and time needed for reflection, processing, and growth.

Outside of my professional life, I am an ally of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I take time to go on adventures with my puppy Boston, do yoga, gardening, and unwind with a movie and a warm cup of tea.

I am now accepting new clients and offering a free 15-minute phone consultation to explore any questions and confirm a good fit.
