Eunice is a Registered Psychotherapist with a decade of experience helping clients deal with trauma, addictions, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, maladaptive ways of coping, attachment injuries, existential crises and various other challenges one might face. Eunice has a way of making sense of and helping a client process their difficulties and challenges by inviting in compassion and curiosity. In this way, Eunice guides clients to cultivate their own innate abilities to call on their wise selves and heal using their own inner resource.

Eunice is passionate about helping couples work through challenges in their relationship. Through the modality of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eunice is able to help couples understand why they become reactive or non-responsive leading them to disconnect. Eunice guides couples in a safe manner to share their fears, needs, longings and vulnerabilities to each other which results in a deeper emotional bond. Some examples Eunice can help with are communication challenges, infidelity, interpersonal issues with extended family, sexuality and Ethical Non-Monogamy (ENM).

On her free time, Eunice likes to spend time with her toddler, do yoga or paddle board and when feeling inspired, Eunice likes to sing Karaoke.
